My Experiance with this Company was Exceptional. They were very informative the Quality of Work was Great. They handeled all the permits and the township. I disagree with the review above. The salesman was nothing but professional and informative i was not pushed into making any decisions. The work done to my home was everything and more that i could of expected. The job was done in a timely manner and the clean up job was exceptional. more

Pushy sales people. Quoted price then kept ""knocking off "" but had to sign right then or ""deal"" off. I paid top of the line price for bottom of the line windows! I got MUCH better windows in my attic for half the price!They promise a significant reduction in your utility bills with their windows...NEVER HAPPENED!\r \r Misrepresent themselves~ they told me they custom make all their windows but then when I had a problem and wanted repair service on the LIFETIME WARRANTY the salesman promised, they claimed their warranty expired and I would have to contact the manufacturer!!?!!\r \r Don't honor their lifetime warranty! I called numerous times ~ latch on bay window wasn't closing the window, mechanism inside window broke ~ never received service.\r \r When they installed my sliding glass door I told them I wanted key access which they didn't provide. It is a latch. Also they said they would make the door even with the floor and it is 2 inches higher than the existing elevation which the salesman commented on the ""Poor job"" someone did putting it in. I paid $2000 for the door that could be purchased at home depot for about $200-300.\r \r And shoddy workmanship! I paid over $13,000 for the job and they put the old rotted wood trim that they removed after chipping the paint and making more nail holes and they didn't even caulk the seams to make them look finished. more
