worst 8/3/2011

I was there more then 3 times in a 2 years period for different reasons. I liked it. I even recomended it to others. Last visit was for break pads. My break pads light was on. I had all 4 pads that I purchesed myself. All they had to do was install them. I remember exactly that I told about the light. The job was done and the light is still on. I went back and they said that I have to pay 60 dollars for them to find out why the light is still on. I was treated rude and walked out of there for good. I will never go back. To me the job was not compleated because the light is still on. They should have checked before they told me to come and pick my car up or tell me that they have to replace more parts but not just say I'm done and now ask for more. Shame on you! more

went in with a simple problem and was charged and exorbitant amount for a very small problem, when i questioned why it was so expensive the person on the phone insulted my intelligence, swore at me, and hung up. this is unacceptable. more

Insultingly expensive 12/15/2010

Took my car here because it's on the way to work and the car was overheating badly. In this emergency, they took advantage of my situation and charged me $230 for a $160 job. When I politely presented part prices and another quote I'd gotten from another place, the owner insulted me and hung up on me. I'll never go here again and neither should you. more

Stay away! 12/15/2010

In an emergency, I stopped at Lincoln Auto. My car was overheating. They took advantage of my situation and charged me $230 for what my regular mechanic quoted at $140. When I protested their high price, the owner insulted me and then hung up on me. Forget this place. more

i had been to 5 other area mechanics with my honda and julio fix it in 1 day and for under $ 400.00 it was a knock sensor. top computer diagnostic technology at this shop more

I've had a few different things done here (oil changes, 4 new tires, external mirror attached) and these guys are straight up with the talk and they don't nickel and dime you once your car is on the rack! more

THEY ARE CROOKS!!! 5/20/2009

You hear about this crap on T.V but I never thought there were crooks like this out there! So I took my car to get my air conditioning fix...of course they tried to sell me every service under the sun but the only service I would agree to was putting a dye through the system to see it there was a leak. I agreed to the extra 100 dollar service along with a recharge and all was fine for about a day. The next day...no air! I took it back with my receipt and low and behold now they say I have a leak and I need to pay over 700 dollars!! I told them I already paid to have them check for leaks yesterday...you won't believe the next sentence....THEY ILLEGALLY CHANGED My RECEIPT!!!! They changed the original receipt to say that I bought some other service! I had to call 311 to report them and they said they would put a complaint in and do an investigation through the state...little do the crooks know...I made a copy of my original receipt...what scum bags! more

THese guys are great and have done a fantastic job of keeping my car running well. they've been great to help my girlfriend and her truck as well. They are fair with price and will recommend the best option, and also point out some ways to make it either more affordable, or make you car faster! i can't recommend them enough. tehy are quick, thorough and honest. more

Mechanics 2/24/2006

I have taken my car in here many times before to get various things done, like wheel alignments and oil changes. The people here are great. I don't need to make an appointment and I can walk in and get quick, fast service. The mechanics here are great too; also many of the things they do are now computerized, which is cool too. Their also not too expensive, which is good because I'm always doing stuff to keep my car in shape and running smooth. These are mechanincs you can trust. more
