Keep up the great work 7/1/2013

I desperately needed someone to fix the power motor repair board of my garage door. My father, who had previously used Greensboro Garage Doors Expert, recommended that I call them. Tech was prompt and very accessible. He answers the phone and calls you back. He is knowledgeable and knows his business well. Also, because he is a small operator, his prices are competitive. more

Had a blast with the tech 7/1/2013

I called them up, told them my problem, and was able to schedule a next day appointment. The estimate was free and the price I was given, I thought was fair and reasonable; I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. The work was completed quickly and it was guaranteed to be fixed again if need be for free. more

outstanding garage door company. I swear these guys are worth every cent I spent while I was working with them. They are consistent and work very professionally. They but all their efforts into finding me the best deal on a garage door, and they did a wonderful job on installing it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best garage door company around this area. more

Had you guys replace my springs 6/6/2013

I had to call Garage Doors Winston Salem back for an issue I was having and he came immediately--that very day--and corrected the issue so that it now works perfectly. It is so refreshing to be able to get somebody on the phone right away and have them take care of the situation immediately--without any further charges. I won't ever use anybody else. more

I highly recommend this company! I have used them for over 10 years. Never a surprise. The office girl calls to let you know when they are on the way. They always come out on the same day that I call. They check all my doors and openers free. I use a lot of service company's for different Garage Doors Winston Salem Nc Knows how to take care of the customer. more

I could not be happier with your service!. The initial call was answered by one of the owners, then Tech showed up shortly there after for the repair job. He did an outstanding job replacing the spring and fixing an original install issue. Another pleasant surprise was there was NO surprises on the invoice especially since this was a Sunday call for service. I'll tell everyone I know about your fine customer service and expert repair! more

Tech was as friendly, helpful, honest, efficient, skilled, and polite as anyone that you will EVER deal with. The very fair price quoted was exactly the price charged. Great customer service 11/15/2012

Based on the outstanding reviews, I decided to give this company a try. I live quite a distance from themso I thought I was out their service area but suprisingly enough I still am Garage Doors Winston Salem NC came promptly and serviced my garage door. He was very knowledgable about whats wrong with my roll-up, what parts I will be needing in the future and the cost to install it. No upsell, no sales pitches. In the end I was pleasantly surprised at the rate he was charging me. more

They arrived on time and was extremely professional and courteous and quite knowledgeable. Courteous, fast, professional... everything you want in a service provider. Definite "A" rating in my book. Our guy didn't pressure me into anything, but rather he laid out my situation for me and gave me options (and these completely jived with what I had heard from folks who knew a bit about garage doors).
