Overall I was satisfied with the service I received from Garage Door Raleigh. I called them up, told them my problem, and was able to schedule a next day appointment. The estimate was free and the price I was given, I thought was fair and reasonable; I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. The work was completed quickly and it was guaranteed to be fixed again if need be for free. more

highly recommend 8/15/2012

I had an old lady crash into my garage door and I was running late to pick up my dad from the airport. I quickly picked the closest company to me and boy am I glad that I did. They came out within 2 hours and had my door fixed no problem. My dad never knew it happened because they carried the exact make and model door as the one that got ruined. more

I'm grateful for a friend recommending these guys to me. They were punctual to arrive, and were able to replace the older motor with an awesome super-quiet motor that can barely be heard from the bedroom above. Moreover their prices seem fair. more

Garage Doors Raleigh 9/26/2011

These guys are great. I needed a garage door opener as soon as possible and they came the same day i needed them. The installer was very professional and friendly. He disassembled the old opener and removed it and took it with him. He installed a new opener quickly and showed me how to use it (set the codes etc). Every other place I called was sort of "mom and pop" and all thought I was crazy to expect a same day installation. Garage Doors Raleigh had someone over installing a new opener approx 3 hours after I called. Doesn't get any better than that! more
