If every experience with a contractor or service company was as perfect as ours was Garage Doors Castle rock what a joy it would be for homeowners everywhere. Tech was as friendly, helpful, honest, efficient, skilled, and polite as anyone that you will EVER deal with. The very fair price quoted was exactly the price charged. He was on time, communicated well, and even did extra work at no charge. more

I was very pleased with the work that this company Repair + New Doors did when they came out to fix my garage door. They informed me that I needed new springs and that they were able to fix it in about and hour because they came ready with all the materials they needed to fix it. They worked very professionally and were able to impress me with how quickly and efficiently they worked. They were very nice and highly recommend their services! more

Garage Doors Castle Rockis the man! I got 6 bids on a new garage door. he was the only salesperson who took the time to answer my questions fully and give me advice, rather than trying to "upsell". Plus, his price was better than anyone else's. He is honest, dependable, and a super nice guy. I highly recommend this company! more

great experience 9/20/2012

When recently programming our home link on our car we accidentally erased the memory to our remotes and they would no longer open one of the doors. I called Garage Doors Castle Rockand he was here in less than 30 minutes. It was an easy fix-he could have walked me through it over the phone but he took the time to come over in person to make sure everything was working as it should be. He is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about others which is very refreshing in this day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. more

Tom came the night I backed into the garage gave me pricing on options to repair, or replace. It was fixed when promised and he even adjusted our garage door opener and fixed the problem I had with it closing when it was cold out. Really appreciated his hard work. more

Garage Doors Castle Rock gave me a quote pretty quickly and then took the effort to come to my house to make sure his quote was accurate, which it was. He was on time, which was very important to me since I had to take time off of work for this. He was very intelligent and sensitive to what I needed done. He took extra steps in explaining what might add further insulation to my garage, by making suggestions like adding caulking to certain areas etc. He finished the job quickly. Throughout the job he was very pleasant and personable and not grumpy. I highly recommend his services. more

Showed up on time. Did the job as requested for the price as quoted. The repairman was pleasant, polite, courteous and cleaned up after the repair. I have used this company previously to replace a garage door spring approximately a year ago and this time to replace the garage door opener. I will call them again if I should require their services and would most definitely recommend them to anyone that may need to have similar repair work performed. Thumbs up! more

Amazing Job 11/17/2011

After checking with various other companies, I realized they are the cheapest. They really are the fastest and most professional garage company that I worked with. I can honestly say that I am very pleased with their work. Any time I have a problem with my garage door, they are there in minutes ready to work. Loved them. more
