I was actually very hesitant to call any service company due to bad experiences in the past, but I am glad that I took the chance with this precise company. They did a great job and hope to deal with them with more assistance in the future. more

Very Good Job People 1/27/2012

I'm glad you guys were able to come so quickly. The chains of the apartment complex I manage got all up in knots. I had to have someone there right away because the tenants weren't able to park in the garage. Your guy was fantastic. He fixed the door and was well deserving of a tip. Thank you so much! more

Raleigh NC Garage Door 12/19/2011

These guys are great! As fate would have it, I'd just called to set up an assessment of the aging garage door opener in our home when hours later it died. The Raleigh NC Garage Door team showed up 10 minutes early, had it fixed within an hour - 2 new pulleys and cables for great price installed. Very professional from the initial phone call to the on site service - this is definitely a firm I will use again. more

Raleigh NC Garage Door 9/26/2011

I called Raleigh NC Garage Door on Friday night just after 6 pm to request a garage door repair (broken spring). They found a time the next morning at 10 am for the repair. The repairman showed up promptly, quickly saw the problem, provided an estimate and fixed the door. He also lubricated the rollers and the axle, so that our door doesn't squeak any more! more
