This was a great experience. The phone was answered quickly when I called, and Rob this garage door company showed up exactly when he said he would for a quote, which was extremely competitive compared to the others I received. On the day the work was done (replacing a garage door and adding a few things to another one), Rob showed up as scheduled, was extremely polite, did his job well, and cleaned up after himself. He took great care with our belongings and did not leave any mess for me to clean up. I really appreciated his work and would definitely use him again. more

Technician arrived at the time quoted to us when we called. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He took the time to explain everything to us in a way so that we understood everything. Technician was polite, respectful, and thorough. He is an asset to this company garage door services. Like one of the other reviewers said, Langley should be your first and only call. He was recommended by a friend when I called him a few years ago to repair my old garage door. Turns out it only needed a spring adjustment and lubrication. He also attached a new gasket at the bottom of the door and gave me some maintenance tips. Recently he did a complete replacement of the garage door and opener, for a very fair price and I couldn't be more pleased. The result is great, was accomplished very quickly, and he was helpful in obtaining the materials. He knows everything you could expect about every kind of door and opener, and is a pleasure to work with. I don't text, but had no trouble contacting him on the phone or email. more

after i called this company i could tell they knew what they were doing 8/9/2014

I enjoyed talking with David. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Since my landlord paid for the bill it was even better thanks to rob having me call them right away. Thanks for being really fast too more
