I had one of the torsion springs for my garage door broke with both vehicles trapped inside the garage. Of course, this happened at 8pm. I went ahead and called that evening. I spoke to a live person and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I also asked the company to please try to come out as early as possible. I received a call at 7:30am stating that the technician was on the way. He arrived by 8 and immediately got to work. He lifted the door to allow my husband to get to work on time and proceeded to examine the situation. He came in and explained everything to me. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he worked quickly and efficiently, but also thoroughly. To my surprise, the technician was done before 9am! I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. I will continue to use this company Door for any future needs as well as recommend you to everyone I know. My appreciation may be greater as I had a poor experience last year with a different garage door company regarding work at a rental unit I own. If you need garage door work done, call John. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and gave me some options. I opted for a repair (though my door was in pretty rough shape). He was thorough, efficient, did quality work, and at the price we agreed on in advance. He even noticed that my garage door opener had been installed incorrectly and fixed that as well. Finally, he saw that some of the trim around my door came loose and fixed that before I even noticed it was a problem. In the end, my door works better than it ever has and I would highly recommend this company. more

We were supposed to go out Saturday night but our garage door was good and stuck. The real problem was that I had a plane to catch the next morning and both cars were in the garage. I called at approximately 5:30, and the person who answered said that someone would come between 9:00 and 11:00. Johnny arrived at 8:30. He was friendly and courteous, and went right to work. He explained what he was doing in a clear way, and offered reassurance about the repair. He represents your company very well and we were glad to have our door running better than before within a couple of hours. more

From the phone call till the repair person came service was wonderful. The woman whom answered the phone was very friendly and pleasant and you got the feeling she really cared. She had someone come as soon as she could. Noel, the tech that came to the house was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and he did give you the feeling that he loved his job and you didn't feel like you didn't know anything since my repair was something very minor. I hired this garage door company service from a Google search on behalf of my Mom. Her garage door would not open at all and had stopped functioning. I had asked the receptionist to have the tech call before arriving, which Ben did, confirming his plan of action when he got there.
