Do not use this company - they refuse to fix my garage door that they broke 12/9/2014

Terrible experience 0 stars. This company is not reputable. The technician they sent did a poor job and within days my garage door (supposedly with brand new springs) was not working. It had to be adjusted within a week after the door started making a horrible noise. Then it stopped working a second time. Now they refuse to take my calls and have resorted to blocking my number. more

the service man was not push about the service 8/9/2014

Johnny from this company came out today to check my garage door system, as one of the doors was not responding to the open/close button. He rebooted the opener at no cost, gave me suggestions on which parts to upgrade, and how to prevent the system from needing a reboot in the future. He was very knowledgeable about the system and was not pushy about the higher quality products they sell, just explained what they have and why they would function better. I was very happy with my service today and will no doubt go to this company in the future for garage door issues. Thank you Johnny! more

greatest company i've used 7/30/2014

Really great job! Steven did as he promised and replaced our garage door in good time. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and very honest. We were very pleased and satisfied with the job and his work. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for garage door replacement and/or service. Will be coming back! more

very professional 6/19/2014

I ordered a spring from the garage door company that I needed to have replaced. I thought I could do it myself. Turns out, yeah that wasn’t the case. They immediately sent someone over the next day to fix the broken spring replacement. They were so composed and professional and it was the best garage door service any person could ask for. more
