We were very happy with the service, price and promptness of Raleigh Garage Door and all their staff. I was locked inside my garage and could not get out. Thank goodness for that friendly voice on the other end of the phone who told me that I will get help in 15 min. They arrived at no time opened garage door and got me out. We have been a customer ever since. I would recommend Raleigh garage door to everyone. more

Great and friendly 6/17/2013

My garage door was stuck halfway and tech didn't have to come out to fix it. We just talked over the phone and he guided me on how to fix the machine. He is very knowledgeable about how the machine works and I would highly recommend him. more

Finally honest company . I found this company on a search for someone to replace our broken garage doors; I first looked at doing it myself, but wanted to see how much more it would cost me if someone else installed them. Well I made a call and spoke to Dispatch, and after telling him want I was looking for he gave me a price and said he could have it done the next day. The price was Great bit more then if I bought them myself, well worth me not have to spend my time and labor to install them. And my wife said , tech was very friendly and kind. He even did a great job. more

saving money never been better 4/9/2013

Called the office at 10:40. They had tech at my house at 11:20. Fixed everything including lubricating the entire door. I would never call anyone else if there was an issue with my garage door. Thank you for your professionalism. more

My garage door was completely wrecked! I really needed a replacement, but I did not want to invest so much money on a simple garage door. I called various companies, but not one was able to get me a door within the price range I was. And then i found this Garage door repair service and all i can say they were great!! more

After long months of living in a house with partially broken walls and dusty floors because of all the remodeling we had done, it was a huge headache to get things done around here. My wife and I were almost finished and all we needed was a garage door to complete our masterpiece that we have spent so much time. effort, and money to make perfect. My contractor found us this Garage Doors Repair, and they found us a great deal on our garage door. It was perfect. more

fast and efficient 10/17/2012

When I got home from work (around 9pm) my garage door would not open. I started calling different places and no one was able to come to my house. ButRaleigh Garage Door said they could, and they did right after I talked to them, and they did not charge me anything extra for coming over after hours!! more

I called, an appointment was available the next day. They can over fixed what needed to get fixed. It did take awhile since my garage is concrete block and fixed it. Raleigh Garage DoorYou have my continued business. more

Above and beyond. Trust this company! We called them to replace a garage door spring. They were here earlier than promised, and did way more than just the springs - adjusted my GD opener, lubed all the hinges, tightened all the bolts, the whole bit. The man on the phone was very courteous, and the young man who came out and did the job was very friendly and polite. This door doesn't have a lot of life left in it, and I will definitely be calling this company back to replace it when the time comes. more
