We were given an estimate by the office staff and a 'rough' estimate by the tech who showed up in his sedan....red flag. He did the work...borrowed our ladder...took less than an hour and then proceeded to show me an engorged amount on the bill...when asked why he doubled amount from estimate, he explained that he had a hard time taking down the one spring he had to replace...what a FRAUD! Office staff hangs up on you when you press for answers and they aren't located in the location they are posting in the on-Line advertisement. This company may do the work..send some contracted tech..but be prepared to be given an engorged bill from some made-up issue. The more research I've dug up on this company..the more I'm learning that I'm not the only one to have this happen to...do not use this company! more
