great experience working with Orange County Garage Doors. John is the owner and he is very knowledgeable and quick on response. I had a Wayne Dalton TorqueMaster Torsion Spring broken. With few phone calls and messages, he was able to help me on placing order for the spring. It was a special spring that would take 2-3 weeks from placing order to delivery. On the day the spring arrived, John notified me and scheduled the replacement work on the next day. After replacing the spring, Omar lubricated the door and explained how the drums works. John & his team are nice and friendly. more

Fantastic experience. When I asked for quotes John was prompt and discussed various options with me. And replied to my questions promptly regardless of how late at night the questions came. When it came to purchasing the doors, he was extremely helpful with contacting the manufacturer with post purchase changes. When it came to installing the doors, he was very professional and diligent. He obviously loves what he does. He made sure that I was fully satisfied in every possible way. The price was great. The guidance was great. The installation was great. I strongly recommend this company. more

Great company and excellent service, he arrived on time and after i explained to him the issues with my garage door he went to work immediately, it was great to see a true craftsman doing his work, he adjusted the springs a few times until he was completely satisfied and then I asked to level the tracks which he was more than accommodating since I can tell that already had another appointments. Door works great and he was kind enough to share his knowledge on how to install the garage opener and give me some heavy duty parts to hang the opener. Thank You Orange County Garage Doors more

I just want to give John kudos for doing a good job. After he finished the job to fix my garage door opener he went on to fix some wiring that was giving me trouble without charging me for it...and he showed up on time. I definitely recommend John for any garage door problems. more

John was brilliant. He was on time, had a very professional appearance, provided me details on what he was doing, openly discussed other optional maintenance (wheels, additional springs, etc) and even talked me thru maintenance or the garage doors and all it's moving parts. I would highly recommend him and asked for additional cards to hand out to my friends and family. more

Garage Door Repair Orange County 4/27/2021

John arrived on time for the estimate. He showed me a choices of different type of garage door I like. He is very trusted person and gave me a price quote that I cannot refuse compared to others. When I said yes he told me to do it early tomorrow. He arrived on time 8:00 the following day. John did a very good job installing our g door. Thanks a lot John for the job well done. more

Came on time, very patient with me I had a baby so I couldn't be out there with him the whole time explain to me a couple times what he was going to do fix the situation. patient with me with payment sent the receipt over everything went great and my garage door is opening and it's not squeaky and I'm very happy thanks again level 10 more

On a Tuesday evening as my wife parked her car in our garage and she attempted to close the garage door, we heard a loud POP. We determined that one of the springs on our automatic garage door opener had broken, so the next morning I reached out to GOOGLE to get an idea on what the cost may be. John responded to my call for help very quickly. He said he could be on-site at my home in 50-minutes . My first question was regarding getting a quote for the work and if there was a warranty available. John responded with the quote and laid out a summary of all costs/benefits attached. Everything he promised was delivered the same day. He offered a 7-year warranty on parts which was more than double than any other competitor offered. His asking price for the work was also at the bottom cost level. He was in and out in 80-minutes! We are very satisfied with John and Level 10!!!!! more

Garage Door Installation Orange County 4/26/2021

The service was excellent! I was so grateful to John for coming to my aid in my emergency. My garage door would not close. When I called he quoted me a possible price that it could cost me for him to repair my door and that he could do it in the afternoon. He showed up on time told me what it would cost to fix it and went to work. He had it repaired in no time , oiled the necessary parts, checked the motor, said it was old and didn't need replacement at this time. Thank you, John for your honesty. S Dyneo more

've used Orange County Garage Doors to replace my garage door springs and recently to add a metal support. The service was so quick and their service techs are so nice and knowledgeable. Tom replaced my springs and Paul had worked on the metal support and both worked so quickly and professional. I'll definitely use their service again in the future! more

Finally I was able to find a garage door repair company who won't try to sell me a new door. I had four garage door companies trying to sell me a new door, I had a feeling I'm not in a need for a new one so I kept looking. John from OC garage doors was the only one who offered to repair the broken door instead of replacing. He got it fixed right away, it's took him about 40 minutes to get it all working. The price was more than a half, John saved us around a thousand bucks!!! He made me and my wife super happy. Thank John ! more

Garage Door Repair Orange County with 5 stars!!!!! 12/28/2017

Last night My wife drive into the garage door and totally broke it, The rollers fell out of the tracks on both side and it was a big disaster, We looked online and found Garage Door Repair Orange County with great reviews, Infect they were the only garage door company who could come out at the same night. John showed up 40 minutes later as I live in city of Irvine, CA and he drove from city of Tustin, CA. John was able to shut the door so we will be secured, the day after which today he and his crew showed up early morning with a new garage door on their truck. The installation took about 3 hours, The installers did a beautiful job replacing my broken garage door. Thanks to John and my wife we have a new garage door installed. Best garage door company in Orange County, CA 12/24/2017

I called OC garage doors and they were able to come out at Christmas eve to repair my broken garage door, I could not believe ill find a garage door company who will be able to come out tonight, but OC Garage doors were able to do so! Thank you John!!!! more
