This store may attempt to sell you an open game at the new game price.\r
During the purchase transaction the employee placed the disk inside of the case along with an insert. I asked for an unopened copy, which they did not have. I purchased my new copy from Target minutes later at the same price with no worry of potentially missing DLC cards.\r

I've been told that if you have a missing DLC card that Gamestop can print you a new one. This however would require knowledge of the card's existence. I figure getting it right the first time is a better use of what little recreational time I have.\r

The rest of my purchase consisted of a used and new game. Both of these were as expected, with the new game still sealed with the XBOX watermark sticker. For the game that was the subject of this review, it was the "last one". This may be true, however opened is used just like a "test drive" car is considered used. Knock $3 off the price and sell it as used (like you do with all newer used games)
