I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic and it was an excellent experience. I worked with Fernando Espinoza who was very detailed and understanding. He explained to me which car would work best for me and was very patient in my decision making. Fernando also managed to get me an unbelievably low payment which when I tell people they are surprised by. I am very thankful that I got referred to this dealership. Gilbert Jordan was very helpful and he explained everything in a sense where I was able to understand what my next step was in purchasing a car. He gave me options on which vehicle was going to benefit me more, which made it easier for me to choose the type of vehicle that i needed for my everyday duties and my businesses. Another thing i really liked about the dealership and Mr. Jordan was that they are not aggressive when it comes to me making a car purchase, they offered me some good specials way before i got my credit ran. I went to Toyota and Lexus dealerships to check out some cars, I didn't like the fact that they had to run my credit and then check to see what they offered me. Gilbert Jordan and the Finance department also helped me get my payment get lowered after a month of having the car, which was the best thing that could happen to a first time buyer. I like how the maintenance is really cheap which means that I can avoid getting that added to my monthly payment like other dealerships do. Armen is the best!!! It took over 5 months to get my new car. I did lots of reseach, to make sure that I'm getting exactly what I need. I have not purchased a new vehicle in over 9 years. I had a fear of going to a dealer, fear of credit issues, fear of salesmans, fear of the whole prosses. I recently visited Galpin Honda to purchase a Honda Civic. I'm so glad I made the drive because even though the car I had my eye on was already sold I was able to find an even better fit for me thanks to Ricky Pennington. He walked me around the used cars that were available to check out the other Honda civics and Honda civic hybrids that were available in the particular color that I was hoping for and drove me around the block to show me all of the features of the 2009 hybrids. Ricky answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!) and let me text him later that night when I thought of more. My parents are helping me pay for the car and Ricky made it easy to finish the paperwork without them even being physicslly present through phone and email. Before scheduling an appointment at Galpin Honda to buy my new car, I had negotiated the total cash price and confirmed that the sum included all fees. Upon arrival at the dealer, however, I was told that there would be an additional $400 fee for the tint on the car. When I asked why this fee had not been included in the total, they claimed to have simply overlooked it. I don more

My family and I have been looking for cars at many dealerships, however the employees at those other dealerships seemed as if they just wanted to sell a car, they were not that interested if we were satisfied with the car or not. They put pressure on us to buy something, which just made us want to just leave. \r \r My family lives in Ventura County and we decided to go to Mission Hills because of how great the service was the first time we visited. The employees offered coffee, hot chocolate, waters, and drinks like that, which was very welcoming. They were all so friendly, and our conversations were as if we have known them for a while. Our sales consultant, Gilbert Jordan, made sure we were completely satisfied with which car we would chose, he showed us the whole interior and how every little thing functioned. He explained how the engine worked, the differences between cars, and so on. It was also very convenient that he spoke Spanish which made us feel even better about our buy. All more

Please read ALL the reviews here before you visit this place! You will see a pattern of dishonest practices. Several people here are complaining about the same thing- namely that this dealership tells you one price and then attempts to raise it later. They lie about everything! I was quoted $24500 as a counter offer on a used 2010 CRV. I said thanks and returned the next day and they said ""we never agreed to that price; we need $25000 for the car"" WTF??? They also apparently give better prices to men than women!! They also pull that sleazy bull$hit where the salesman bows out and turns you over to a professional closer, which I don't even think is legal!! I complained to the closer and his manager and they both lied and said ""We never agreed to a price of $24500"" Yes you DID, you lying sacks of $hit! DONT GET LIED TO! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!! more
