GMC Heating and Cooling were the ones who installed our AC and heater units 15 years ago. Whenever we have any heating or cooling issues we call them every time. I have always been pleased with the service, and I am also pleased with the units they have installed. They are still working 15 years later, and we have only had to call GMC twice for maintenance issues. Their response time is generally pretty quick. The last time I called about an issue they were able to come out the next day. They are professional, courteous, and very friendly. I have no complaints with this company. more

Very thorough. 8/7/2015

I called GMC to have them fix an issue with my AC unit. Someone was able to come out that same day. He arrived on time, and even gave a warning call to say he was on his way. After he left the AC was working until the night when we began having issues again. I called back and the receptionist was very helpful. The tech was very apologetic and sorry that he had forgotten to check a component that he should have. He came back and resolved the issue free of charge. It all worked out in the end. more

GMC Heating & Cooling were very courteous. They helped me out with a financial situation, they're here when they say they would be, and it was overall a good experience.They installed an air conditioner with a heat pump for me, and it's great and works wonderfully. A five star service! 3/25/2014

GMC Heating & Cooling stands behind their work in a way I've never experienced before! There was a problem with the way my furnace was hooked up. There was no bypass for the water softener, and they came in the next day to completely replace the furnace. I can't say enough about how well they handled the work! It was my first time using them, so it wasn't like I was a repeat customer they were trying to keep. I think because they are a family-owned business they take a lot of pride in their work. They take care of their customers because they want their customers to return, and they want those referrals. It's important to them. My friend recommended them to us, and I will always use them! more

Responsive team 2/27/2014

We needed to replace our A/C system because the temperature was not being properly regulated throughout the house. I appreciated GMC quickly scheduling me and sending the gentlemen out when they said they would. Overall, they did a nice job and I am pleased with the result. more

I am very happy with GMC and plan to keep them forever! 2/26/2014

GMC Heating & Cooling have put new furnaces in my house and two of my daughters's houses. We've been with them since they first opened. They are very prompt, show up when they say they're going to, and you don't pay for something that doesn't need to be fixed. I am very satisfied. more
