Horrible unethical company. Rented, repaired and maintained their home for a year (much at my own expense). hired professional cleaners before check-out and given a clean check. Three weeks later my deposit came back sans $300.00 for ""spider webs"" in vaulted ceiling. Being a great tenant makes no difference to them, use someone else who cares about tenants and customers.
