Future Tenant is more than a gallery. It is a space for art that transcends the visual art-on-the-wall expectation. There are film screenings, live music performances, dj and dance parties, poetry readings, play festivals, and the super popular (and awesome) open mic and easel night.
It's so cheap, and depending on the night, there is an open bar.
