This service dept steps up to the plate. It finds the problems and fixes them. This Ford Focus is only 3 yrs old but has been in various Ford service shops more in the last 3 months then yrs owned. The service dept in Novato had it for about a month to no avail. This dept has it for less than a week and fixes it! The service person is great- Kim S. Professional and personable more
