I have gone to Redz for about 3 years and always have been satisfied with the service. Andrea, my stylist and the former owner, was great. After she left, I decided to go to Paul but I have been given the run around. He gave me a great cut the first time. For my second appt., he had to reschedule due to his need to go on vacation. I still decided to see him for my second cut and he still did a nice job but after a couple days, I realized that he really did not cut enough off. For $55, I figured I would call and ask if there was a chance he could take a little more off. I left a message with the receptionist, told her the scoop and asked her to ask Paul to call me but I never heard back from him. I figured he may not have gotten the message. I still planned to go to my 3rd appt. since my hair was extra long by that time, unmanageable and know how difficult it is to get in with a good stylist. Then I received a call the day of my 3rd appt. telling me that Paul had to cancel for a family emergency but he would call me back and reschedule as soon as he could. I never heard back . Why is it so hard to make a phone call and touch base with a customer? I realize his situation but I never heard back from him even after several weeks. I just wanted to let people know that Paul may be a great stylist but he doens't know great customer service. I will never go back. I am a mother of two young children and don't have time for this run-around. Apparently, he does not need the business. I cannot speak for the other stylists.
Pros: Great innovative styles and colors
Cons: Owner doesn't know good customer service
