Dr. Richard Lambertson recieved his Doctorate from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic. He is currently the owner of Balance Chiropractic in Patchogue, NY Function Sports Chiropractic in Astoria, NY. Dr. Lambertson has served on the volunteer medical staff for the New York City Marathon and Connecticut Nutmeg State Games, as well as many other smaller sporting events. Dr. Lambertson has a background in Sports Massage as well as Fitness Instruction. Dr. Lambertson is also the founder and creator of H.E.A.T. (High Energy Athletic Training), a Strength and Conditioning company that conducted pre-season speed and agility camps to many local professional, college and high school athletes as well as 1 on 1 and group fitness instruction. Dr. Lambertson holds certifications in A.R.T (Active release Technique) and Graston Technique as well as being a Crossfit Certified Instructor. He places a strong emphasis on incorporating hands on soft tissue therapies into his practice. Most recently Dr. Lambertson has created the ‘Total Body Modification’ program, a Doctor supervised weight loss and overall lifestyle modification program that incorporates Functional Fitness Training, Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy, as well as Diet, Nutrition and Supplementation Counseling. Dr. Lambertson conducts workshops on all health and fitness topics ranging from diet and nutrition to stretching and strength training program development. It is a goal of Dr. Lambertson to continually educate his patients in all areas to help them reach their goals in health and wellness.
