My wife and I bought new bikes, helmets, locks, car rack, etc. We received great service until we paid, and then things became difficult. After riding any bike for a few weeks necessary adjustments become apparent. We were promised that these adjustments would be made, at no charge, in the "just stop by anytime" scheduling mode. This was FAR from true. After they got our money getting anything done was a nightmare - even minor adjustments required we "bring the bike in and drop it off, we'll get to it when we can." (With attitude.) We went to World of Wheels (same owners) and everything was taken care of in 20 minutes, while we waited, with a friendly attitude.
