  • Fuji Pittston is a restaurant specializing in Japanese Cuisine. Dine in with our newly renovated, fully stocked bar or call us for take out or delivery. We are proud to offer freshly prepared foods for guests. Fuji offers regular specials to allow our patrons to try many of our dishes. Our menu includes several appetizers, Sushi and Sashimi, Hibachi dinners, a wide variety of hand and specialty rolls and kitchen entrees. We offer nutritional dishes as well as lunch specials. Our lunch specials include Sushi Roll Lunch, Lunch Teriyaki, Lunch Hibachi and our famous Japanese Bento Box (soup, salad, California roll, Shrimp Shumai, White Rice and choice of Chicken, NY Strip, Salmon, Shrimp or Scallop Teriyaki).
