good sushi at a good price 12/22/2006

This isn't your high-end sushi, but it's good. It's a pretty good value too. I like the atmosphere, casual and clean. Nice calming paintings and comfortable booths. The service can be slow, but no worse than most sushi places. I come here for lunch often and I think it is a nice local eatery. Pros: good sushi at a good price Cons: slow service at times more

Seriously Good Sushi 8/13/2006

Been down to San Diego a whole bunch of times....each time, I like to stay in La Jolla...its beautiful. I found Fugu's on Citysearch and decided to have dinner there. Great decision. Their fish is super fresh...it was still moving when they served it : )\r \r The restaurant is nice without being pretentious. Our server was really sweet and I can't say enough good things about their sushi chef!!\r \r If you're looking for good, no, great sushi..check out Fugu's next to Starbucks. Pros: fish freshness more

Best sushi in la jolla 8/2/2006

This place has a great sushi bar with a good surrounding enviorment and the service is great. The food is off the hook everything will satisfy a hungry customer. more
