Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

I rate Patrac five stars in every catagory 1/16/2014

Patrac has serviced my AC & heat several times in the past. He is always very courteous, professional, & considerate in every way. He always calls to let me know he's coming, arrives on time, listens to my concerns & answers any questions I have, & always does a top rate job. I would highly recommend him as a great Frymire technician. more

Great HVAC Provider! 1/14/2014

We have been very satisfied with the equipment and services that Frymire has provided us. Their pricing is fair and their promises met. The installation crew that came to our home were very respectful of our belongings, were very efficient in their work, and insured we knew how to properly use the system before they left for the day. Frymire is now our source for HVAC and ongoing service! more

The technician was very thorough and knowledgable. He ordered the part needed and returned promptly to install it. 1/13/2014

Technician was warm and friendly. Thoroughly inspected the unit and informed me of the problem. He replaced the part that needed replacing. more

great service, but your reservation time is slow--I reserved online and it never went through the system; had to call to reserve and got months later. It's okay because we are on a plan, but we've used you for 13 years with little trouble with reservations before. more
