Having had a few doctors throughout my life, I never thought I would meet one as concerned about my health and the health of my family as much as Dr. Frothingham.
Dr. Frothingham was recommended to me by my sister, who had nothing but excellent things to say about the care given by Dr. Frothingham. When it was time to see him, I could tell right away he was a genuine human being, not simply an HMO-automated robot who wanted to spend a maximum of 3.5 minutes with each person to maximize the number of patients he can get through in a day. He really took the time to get to know my medical history, how things are at home, and explained how it's all interconnected with each person's health.
Oh, I should mention...he's not *my* doctor. He my daughters' pediatrician.
Nothing calms the nerves of a nervous parent like a calm and caring physician who seems to truly care about his patients...our kids. Dr. Frothingham has encouraged me in my health issues while treating ear infections, rashes, and viral illness symptoms in my girls. He asks if I have questions, makes sure I understand what's going on...in a word, he cares.
If you have a child--even special-needs children--Dr. Frothingham gets as big a recommendation as I could make. I only wish I knew if there were family practice physicians like him in the area. At least I know my daughters have a doctor we can all trust in wholeheartedly.
