We recently moved from Florida to North Carolina and there was a problem with the steel doors at our new home and they figured out what to do and had the items I needed to make sure the system was working at my door step in just days. more

I did a lot of research online before deciding on FrontPoint Security. All my searches came up with FrontPoint as #1. I called and talked to Customer Service, who gave me advice on what we needed for our home and situation. I ordered, and the system was delivered very quickly. \r \r It was very esy to install, and Customer Service got us up and running in no time. My husband was very skeptical that it would be that easy, but he's now a believer.\r \r The system is easy to use and gives us great peace of mind. We love knowing our home is secure and the ability to access the system remotely. Another great asset is the portability of the system, so we'll be able to take it with us when we move. I have accounts with FrontPoint for two homes. These accounts are merged into one wireless access point on my smartphone, and I just love it. \r Not only can I arm and disarm either home remotely, but I can access the history in either home and check on any sensor activity at any time. This is fabulous to be able to see the time and location of activity for any contractor or cleaning service in either home. It allows me to monitor these activities whether the system alarms are armed or disarmed.\r I feel like I have total control and oversight on both properties. more

My new home was broken into, ransacked and property stolen! I felt violated and not in control so I knew I had to do something quick. Even though I had two Rottweilers the thieves must have been watching as I was at the dog park with both of them. I did my research over the Internet and one company kept coming up as the best in the alarm industry, FrontPoint! I filled out their contact form and promptly received a call from them.\r \r They explained everything in detail, the different options and the costs. Seeing as my two Rottweilers would set off any infrared detectors, I decided to go with sensors on all my windows and doors. That is how the thieves got into my house in the first place. I have to say, their customer service is top notch, from going over options, getting the equipment here quickly and helping me set the system up. I am not that handy but the system is so easy to install, much better than I expected.\r \r If you are looking for reasonable pricing, great customer service and ease of installation and set up, FrontPoint is the way to go! All this and a great Internet interface, apps for your smart phone (just in case you forget to arm the system before you leave) makes FrontPoint the smart choice in home security! more

FrontPoint's system is very easy to install. And their customer service is excellent. I have called in a couple times to activate and modify my system. Each time my call was answered promptly and the CSR was able to handle my request/question immediately. more

BEST ALARM CO EVER!!!\r I had Slomins and they locked me into a 5 year contract for there ""FREE"" Alarm system. I was Junk. \r Frontpoint I Decided to go with a 3 year not that you need to you just save $$ on the startup. Now after 4 years I am so happy just like day one. In fact you can buy extra cam, alarms, even newer keypad from anywhere even ebay. You can add to the system without even have to call in. But if you get in a jam and need help Frontpoint has the BEST Customer Servive rep Ever. They are friendly helpful and even followup afterward.\r I could go on and on but you get the picture. \r Looking for the best alarm server look no further, you found Front point and that all you need. more

Love this company. Unlike all the other companies you don't have to sign a ridiculous 3 yr contract. The self install is easier than hanging pictures. My favorite part of this system is the cell phone control. I can do everything thru my smartphone. If I have left my house and forgot to arm the system, I get an alert to my cell notifying me that I left the house unarmed! I have had 3 different companies over my lifetime; this is the best, no question. more

I installed an extensive FrontPoint system in my new home several months ago and have been very pleased so far. I put sensors on every window and door as well as motion and fire detectors. Installation was fast and easy, and customer service representatives were pleasant and helpful throughout the process. I did my research before selecting FrontPoint and found their rates to be similar to other companies but their services to be far greater. I also appreciated the freedom of tailoring our equipment package to our needs – this is something other companies did not offer. \r \r Knowing our home is being monitored while we’re at work all day or gone for the weekend gives us great peace of mind and is worth every penny. Excellent alternative to corporate alarm companies.\r \r Wow what a great find for a home alarms company. We recently purchased a new town home and as usual I was getting estimates from the usual corporate alarm companies. Over the years I have used both Brinks and ADT with about the same customer service results. ADT quoted me a huge $1740 installation price with a USAA discount! When I asked ADT to explain it was for their ""brain box that is installed with a wired system..."" Well the last thing I wanted to do was to have ADT drilling through floors and walls in our new town house.\r \r So while researching alarm companies on the internet I thankfully discovered FrontPoint Security. Wow how refreshing to find a top rated Better Business Bureau alarm company that offers a complete cellular and wireless alarm system. I talked with the FrontPoint Security sales representative and quickly decided that this was the best solution for our home security needs.\r \r I ordered the system and installed one Saturday afternoon with little trouble. The follow-up call the two FrontPoint Security technical department to activate the system was snap. Having used corporate alarm companies for over 20 years - Front Point Security is a huge leap forward in alarms with its ease of installation, daily use, and customer service. After having my home broken into (through my daughter's bedroom window!) I knew it was time to purchase a security system. I was patiently walked through step-by-step assessing my needs with absolutely NO hard sell. I truly felt they wanted what was best for my family. FrontPoint is very convenient and easy to do. I can access everything from my cell phone so I can always double check to make sure that the system is armed when I am not home - and arm it from my phone if I forgot to before I left. I can also set up text notifications to remind me to set the alarm and to alert me if someone has entered the house or disarmed the system. The staff is always very efficient and understanding. I receive a call within seconds if the alarm is set off - and the person on the other end is always kind and understanding when I have set my alarm off by accident. more

Love the ability to arm and disarm remotely. Had to talk a neighbor through entering my home during an unexpected trip away. With code numbers for garage door and key lockbox, I can let anyone in and rearm as they leave. \r \r And their service folks are great too. Never rushing you, friendly and easy to understand. We have had our FrontPoint system for about 9 months and have been quite satisfied with it. The only sensor I am not too fond of is the garage door sensor. It has triggered the alarm without the garage door being open, so I called FrontPoint about it and they told me how to adjust it so it won't happen again. We adjusted it, and it hasn't happened since (it's only been a month or two though). If I was to do it again, I probably would have gotten a door/window sensor and used that instead. The self set up is the best because you can customize it how you like it and I like that you can label and change each of the sensor names online and the main consol says the name of each sensor. It's nice when you arm it and have forgotten to close a window because you know what window was left open just by listening to it. more
