There are 17 restaurants in the Swan and Dolphin resort complex at Walt Disney world, including bluezoo and Schula's, but I enjoy coming to this place best.
While they serve a good lunch with a selection of salads and sandwiches, the breakfast buffet is the big winner to me. Servers cook omelets and waffles (Mickey Mouse design) on demand as well as carve breakfast ham.
There are vitamin drinks if need an energy boost to visit the Disney parks - even one to calm your nerves if you are vacationing with a dozen screaming kids.
The view from the large windows is that of the lake, the Swan and the huge beach area. It should be noted that the Dolphin is connected to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and three other hotels by boat so it can be a lunch escape for multi-park ticket holders.
