I called early in the morning and spoke to Brando and he suggested I come in the afternoon to get my Honda serviced. The wait time was not bad at and it was excellent service. The only thing that was I miss is the sticker that you used to put inside of the car to remind us to bring back the car for service. I made a notation on my calendar to remind me when I brought it in for service. more

Absolutely heavenly, could not have possibly been better. Chris was very friendly, considerate and well-versed in Honda facts and information. He answered all my questions without hesitation, always wearing a smile. I am very grateful that it was Chris who helped me pick the right car. I don't think anyone could have matched his skill. Brando was fabulous. It was an unusually busy Monday and we waited for about 30 min in line to get to be served. He was kind, apologetic, cool under pressure, and handled my service needs. He even took the time to get me a rental since the service would take many hours and I had my mother visiting from out of town. Superior customer service. Please acknowledge his efforts since this is why I return to Freeway Honda! more
