Just came back from a business trip - I 6/6/2012

Just came back from a business trip - I will be going out of my way to stay at the Fort Garry in the future. Lots of character, close to downtown, very comfortable beds, excellant food and service, very accomodating for business travel. Good job more

Service department 5/16/2012

My search to replace a leaking water heater ended here at Freedom RV. What a refreshing experience to do business with the service department. The staff was very friendly and truly concerned with solving my problem. The replacement heater was purchased at a very reasonable price and the service department did a professional job installing it. Thanks, you have a great team. more

Job well done 4/17/2012

Brad White and the parts crew at Freedom RV worked with Armando and Tom Peacock of Coach House to identify a solution, order parts, ship parts and complete the alteration of the canopy over the back slide that appears to have solved the problem. We just returned from a month's travel to the Pacific Northwest where we gave it a pretty good test. These individuals worked well together to solve our problem. They did what necessary to get the job done well and timely. more

I just wanted to send you note pertaining to one of your employees, Jennifer Sykora. I have been dealing with her on my trailer for near 7 weeks. I brought my trailer in for some warranty work a while back and it took a very long time to complete the discrepancies because of the manufacturer sending damaged parts twice. During this entire time Jennifer kept me posted and updated with status. I am a very patient individual but probably wound not have been if it was not for her. more
