i used larrys movers in december and i found the gentlemen that moved me to be very professional,and did an outstanding job,I have used other movers in my life time and i have to say i know now not to call any one other than larrys!!They were fast and safe while moving my belongings.Everyone was so friendly n very professional and im thankful for the cheap prices they have so i do recommend larrys to everyone looking for friendly hard working professionals to move you,And the crew leaders name was will i recommend his crew they did a terrific job although tips were not mandatory i tiped the gentlemen because they did such a wonderful job!Thank you larrys movers for a job well done more

I used Larry’s Movers in March and they damaged the hardwood floors in the house I moved out of. The staff in the office is very unprofessional and unresponsive. I had to settle with the homeowner out of my own pocket. I’m sure their response back will be that “no one could prove that the damage wasn’t there before the move.” I’m here to tell you, take photos of everything if you hire them. There are plenty of other movers in Louisville, use one of them. more

I have used Larry's to move 3 times now and as far as I am concerned will not use anyone else. The only complaint I have is that on my move 5 years ago they were an hour or so late showing up but that was due to the size estimate of the previous move being off. Once they show up they work hard and take as much care with my belongings as I would. Highly recommend them. Pros: professional, hard working, trust worthy Cons: can be late on afternoon moves more

In our own defense, Larry's Movers was unaware if the Illegal company that had moved them ""margarets movers/TEMPS had broke it. Larry's Movers was not there on the second move.This customer was reimbursed for this tv. I had used Larry's in 2003 and loved them. I scheduled two moves with them this year, one for June and another in July. The move in June was just bad. They took smoke breaks after only 15 minutes into the job. It took them over two hours to load the contents of a 1000sf area onto the truck. And they got ""lost"" on the way to the storage unit. When I called to cancel my next move with them, the response I got was ""ok."" I explained to them why, and he took the info and said his supervisor would probably call me the next day. To this day no call. The kicker is, a month later when the new movers, Margaret's Moving and Storage (awesome), opened my armoire they found my 36"" TV inside busted. Larry's had broken my TV, put it in the cabinet, and stacked the remaining furniture in front of the closed doors! I called twice to report a claim, and one of the owners, Clay, said he would try to find someone to repair it, but three weeks later, still no call. DO NOT USE LARRY'S MOVERS!
