Bought new ram long horn $55,000 truck brought it home next day zipper on seat cover was busted tried to call salesman on answer made an appointment with service department they took pictures of seat and would order seat cover would be two weeks. Got a call they needed more pictures. I live 100 miles one way from dealership I called asking why I needed to bring back for more pictures. The lady I talked to in service department was rude. No one knows nothing less than 400 miles on vehicle why waste my time and money driving down there when they should have done there job in first place. They are very friendly until the papers are signed very bad service.
