I want to tell you how much I appreciated Fred Haas Toyota Body Shop. I was extremely pleased with the repair work and the condition in which my car was promptly returned. Sheely Aguila, Collision Damage Analyst was very professional in getting the process of repair underway and making sure I was pleased with the completed job. Edward Carnine, aldo Collision Damage Analyst, was very attentive in keeping me informed of progress. Amica has served us well over these many years in all areas of our insurance coverage. My husband and I were looking on Fred Hass Toyota's website one evening and came across a few vehicles that we liked and had questions regarding a few used Toyota Highlanders. We called and talked to Mr. Shah that everning. Although it was about 8:20 p.m. Mr.Shah told us to come on over and look at vehicles in question. We arrived twenty minutes later and Mr. Shah took us over to look at the Highlanders. Although it was late he encouraged us to drive one of them. We did and we really liked the vehicle. Upon returning to the lot, we realized how late it was and asked Mr. Shah if we could come back int eh morning. We set up an appointment with him for the following morning. Mr. Shah had the vehicle we drove the evening before and the other Higlander already out and waiting to be test driven. I took both for a drive and really liked the vehicles. He sat down with me and talked about what i wanted in a vehicle and we compared the two vehicles that i drove. That day, my husband and i decided to purchase the 2008 Toyota Highlander. Our experience with Mr. Shah was a very pleasant one. He was very helpful, courteous and answered any questions that we had. We had no doubt that we were making the right decision to purchase a used vehicle from Fred Haas. We had looked around at the other dealerships but didn't get that welcoming feeling that we did at Fred Haas and that was due to Mr. Shah. He was very professional and honest with us. Thank more

Great Staff 5/2/2011

I would like to inform you about customer service I received at Fred Haas Toyota world. I had to come back to Texas once to have my LOJACK system install & another time to replace a small part under the car near the rear tire that got broked somehow and was rubbing on my back tire. Your sales man Kris has handled my cases with care & concern. He did this by making me feel that my time was important and he organized my arrival/ repairs with the appropriate departments. He never showed disappointment or displeasure with my request of information about anything while on the phone or in person. I hope dealing with the Lake Charles Toyota Dealership will be the same. more

WHAT CAN I SAY EXCEPT, " YOU ROCK " !!! You will never truly understand how much we appreciate the hard work you did to find a vehicle for our daughter. We know it was a small budget, but you still treated us with the utmost respect and made us feel like we were spending a ton. From the moment that I walked into the lot - you were there to make getting a car a success. The car we ended up with is just perfect! Dear Team at Fred Haas Toyota World, I owned my 1996 Corolla for 14 years before the engine finally gave out, forcing me to purchase a car sooner than I planned. I picked out a Camry on the Carmaz website, even had it transferred to the store nearest me, and had my loan pre-approved through Smart Finacial Credit Union. When I called the credit union to confirm my APR rate, the lady asked what vehicle I had chosen. I told her the year, mileage, and price and she strongly urged me to contact one of theyr Fleet Managers at a participating dealership for a better deal. She read a list of dealerships, and I chose Fred Haas because I'd been there before and was pleased with the service. She then read a list of about 6 Fleet Managers, and I Chose Kris becaise I liked the sound of his last name :) Chris referred me to Robert, and the rest is histroy. Everyone ( including the two other managers that halped me in finance, whose name I cannot recall) worked really hard to get my into a vehicle that I not only wanted, bnut one that would work with my budget. I was also approved for financing though Toyota at a lower APR than what the credit union provided, evem with a great credit scare. I've always been pleased with the service department ( especially that they wash my car when I bring it in for basic service ), and I can no add the Pre-Owned Sales Department to that list. I want to let you know of the astounding service we received from your salesman Mauricio Coto. We came in a couple of Sundays ago based upon an ad that we saw about a vehicle that listed at $3000. That was our budget and it was all we had. Marurico greeted us the moment we walked onto the lot and immediately put us at ease. We had been to many other car lots where salesmen made it very clear to us that our budget was unrealistic and basically made us feel inadequate, didnt help or kept trying to get us to spend more money than we had. Maruricio on the other hand, made it clear to us, that yes, it was a small budget, but he would make a deal happen - it was the first time I felt like we might actually be able to get a car. Our first Sunday at your lot was unsuccessful, but Maruricio took down all our info and told us he would be in touch within about 3 to 4 days once he'd had some time to look into the new inventory. I trusted him completely and didn't even nother to look while I was waiting for his call - I got my call as promised. To make a long story short, I was able to increase my budget just a bit and Maruricio stood true to his promise and got us a great first car for our 16 year old daughter. You have one incredible fine gentleman working for you and we are truly grateful for all the hard work he did to obtain a vehicle for us. But, we are especially appreciative of the wonderful and respectful way he treated us even though we were a small sale. We will definitely come back and buy another car from Maruricio and I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. more

I can't say enough about Mr. Garcia 10/28/2010

My mother and I recently purchased a 2010 pre-owned Toyota Corolla from Mike Jones and Edwin Garcia. Mr Garcia was in training during this purchase, and I wanted to let you know that he handled himself very professionally. My mother had been in a recent car accident and had not been in a car to drive for the past 4 weeks since the accident. Mr. Garcia was extremely sensitive to this issue with my mother, and acknowledged the fact that her first time back in a car, after serious accident was a difficult transition to make... yet one she wanted and needed to do. He did not talk a great deal to her while she was attempting to drive for the first time, and this was important to her... He realized that distractions such as this are difficult to deal with, particularly with an 83 year old woman, and I appreciated that very much... I thank you kindly for taking your time to read my review. My profession of the last 15 years is in sales... and the last 23 years, in the hospitality industry. Believe me... I know when I have been exposed to a truly commendable buying experience in buying my 2010 Camry from Fred Haas two weeks ago. You must know, I loved my 2007 Saturn Vue. I had just paid it off in June and was looking forward to a few years of 'no notes'. UNTIL, the A/C went out which lead to a conversation with a candid auto tech regarding the most likely upcoming transmission problems within the nest 10k miles: a final cost of nearly $9k. That is what led me to looking for a new car. My dear friend, a current owner owner of a 1999 Camry (and will never sell it, I'm sure), convinced me after trying for 13 years, to seek out a Toyota. You can imagine I was not in any mood to buy a new car... and here comes my commendations. Mr. Malcolm Hathway approached me in a very casual manner.. not necessarily asking me what I was looking for.. rather sharing with me some aspects of what I was currently viewing. After MUCH, MUCH patience of many questions, sweltering sun, etc., I finally asked him what the best deal he had was.. It wasn't easy for him to uncover what I was really looking for... which was cost: not necessarily what I liked. Once I revealed to him what I was looking for, we didn't even walk around to find the car.. he went out, got it, told me this was the best deal on the lot... we drove it and I said: "write it up" ( I think to his surprise). Malcolm was most excellent with his patience and persistent probing to uncover my needs. Second to mention, Albert Castro. Very attentive, explanative and efficient in a few phone calls and e-mail follow-ups (unlike another brief encounter I had with another finance person on staff) Thanks to Albert! Some persons might go to the head of a firm to complain of service, or for some other reason of dissatisfaction. However, this is not the case with Mr. Kris. I think when a person excels at their work they should be recognized for their performance at the highest level. My wife and I with the professional assistance of Mr. Curtis leased our first vehicle Sunday, July 18, 2010. Did we get a good deal price wise, probably not? However, we agreed tp a price. The important thing for us is that we were treated with respect, and with a general perception on Mr. Yoosefi's part, of a sincere attempt to service our needs. Mrs. Romeo has mobility issues and the soul purpose of our trading in a low mileage Lexus for a vehicle easier to enter. Kris listened to our criteria and found a highlander the right color and equipment even to a factory installed running board. He was accommodating; taking the time to answer my questions, resolving my concerns and especially those of my wife. Mr. Yoosefi made us feel special. He is an asset to your organization. You would do well to have him as a mentor to new sales associates. more
