I went in for back surgery in Dec '07. In June '08 I recieve a notice from a collection agency for $5.29. I have never recieved any invoice/billing nor any communication from Mountain States Pathology. I have full insurance and EVERYTHING was paid in a timely manner and then this $5.29 fron a collection agency for these Pathetic Pathologists. There is no one to talk to, no number to call, still no invoice or billing statement. I tried in vain to contact someone, it's like they don't exist. A VERY shoddy suspect way to do buisness. I have contacted the surgeon and the hospital and the Better Buisness Bureau and filed a complaint. When having any 'procedure done, please request that Mountain States Pathology does NOT do any of your work. There practices are suspect at best.
