Snake Oil Sales at its Best 8/15/2006

At my age you try to let things go but this company tried to charge me 4x times what everyone else is charging,giving a warranty that only covers a pecentage of the work,claimed their people were university trianed when all they had was a mail-in coarse,the person who came to my door name was different than what was on his pest control licence and they try to claim I needed treatments for problems that just weren't there.
