Best Dentist by Far 9/23/2011

I had two fillings that need to be taken care of and that was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office, by far!! I had my normal cleaning and then sat in the massage chair for 30+ minutes and only noticed the time because I had to restart the chair over again and then in the exam room for my fillings I got a paraffin hand dip and got to watch a movie which completely distracted me from what was going on!! Never thought I'd say this but I loved going to the Dentist!! more

Having just relocated to Roseville, I did extensive research for a dental practice and kept returning to Fountains Dental Excellence. From my first call, Jenn was welcoming, professional and made me feel at ease. Her bright smile will makes my day. The office is more like a spa than a typical dentist office. Dr. Dan and Dr. Mai-Ly are awesome. Dee Dee, the best dental hygienist around is caring and gentle. She take great care in her work which translates to care with her patients. If you are searching for just a dentist then keep looking, if you want a dental team that will put your needs first then look no further. more

Free whitening for life 9/8/2011

No one likes getting fillings done, but watching tv (law and order SVU) makes it go by a whole lot faster! After my fillings were done I was fitted for teeth whitening trays and was thrilled to discover that it wasn't going to cost me a penny! Free whitening for life for new patients - free trays, and gel with every cleaning appointment! Awesome! Couldn't be happier with this dental office! more

I can't tell you how impressed I was on my very first visit to your office. From the first time I talked with Jenn (sp?)- what a fantastic first impression of your office. Today my visit was just great! Doctor's assistant did a great job of xrays and explaining the office. Dr. Mi Ly was just fantastic. A very thorough exam and very well explained. The Dental Hygienist was super! She explained everything and did a wonderful job. You can be assured I'll be recommending you. more

Dee Dee worked on my teeth the last 2 visits and was very gentle and understanding of my needs. She did an awesome job and has helped get my teeth back into shape!! I am very satisfied and look forward to future check ups!! more

My cleaning 8/21/2011

Loved Mary the hygenist. She was great and very sweet. She took care of all my needs. The only thing is I received a flo treatment which I was told by Mary that my insurance covered. However, when I went to the desk afterwards, they informed me they did not know if my ins. covered it. I am not a fan of tricking the patient on "extra" payments. Patients shoul be informed of treatments that won't be covered before anything is done. more

Great staff, facility and very educational!!! 8/10/2011

After 15 years with my current dentist, I decided to make a move due to relocating within the Sacramento area. I had my first appointment this morning and felt well taken care of. The facility is clean, modern and I loved being able to watch TV on the ceiling while getting my teeth cleaned! They are very current technology wise. Dee Dee cleaned my teeth and actually explained to me the importance of flossing. I definitely plan to do so now! I even went and bought a showerpik at her advice. We have a plan for me to come back and have a priority list of items take care of. I feel they are very on top of things and I like it. You also can't beat it being at the Fountains. All the staff was great, I look forward to my next visit! more

Very pleasant experience 7/22/2011

I have had a few...let's say less than happy experiences with dental offices lately. The staff at Fountains Dental Excellence as gone above and beyond to make each stage smooth. Even a minor issue was resolved with ease. No headache. I'll go back even if it costs me out of pocket. more
