This company was hired by this ministry of Life's Key to increase parking on our building site. Mr Aaron Fosnight and Josh Fosnight came to this site and gave us an estimate to increase parking area. Total cost was $7,020. Aaron Fosnight called beginning of April and said that they needed half of the money to get us on the schedule the first week in May, 2009. We sent a check for $3510 April 8th. Never heard from them again until I called June 19th. Aaron Fosnight was in Arizona building a house. He said that Josh was supposed to do the work. I called Josh who said that the check was sent to Aaron and he should do the work. Later he also told me that he could not do the job because he doesn't know how to do the drains etc. that are needed. He said that his uncle Aaron has a problem with controlled substances. I called Aaron and he said that he gave $2000 to Josh and $1500 to someone else. And he won't be in town for 2 weeks. He also added that Josh has lots of lawsuits against him. Josh did call me to give me his address so that I can send him anything from an attorney. He said that he was really sorry but he is not responsible.
I just want to get this information out so that others are not taken for this large amount of money. I have a lot of questions. I feel helpless right now as I am searching for a good attorney.
