I worked for Fosdals on a part time basis when Jerry Fosdal owned the business and subsequently Joe Crubah. Working in the bakery industry in Wisconsin, Illinois & U.P of Michigan since 1990, I believe that Fosdal's has the best quality products available. The donut line surpasses any that I have encountered in size, flavor, price & quality. Kringles, sweet rolls, breads, buns, rolls and holiday products are made with the best quality ingredients available. Are you in the mood for something really great! Then head on over to Fosdal bakery on Main Street in downtown Stoughton. If you are in the downtown area just follow your nose and it will lead you straight to Fosdal. They have wonderful donuts, pastries, cookies, cakes and even sandwiches and soups. They also carry Scandinavian pastries and breads that are just heavenly! Need a special cake for a special day? Bring your request to Fosdal and they can do it. If they don't have the character your child desires for his birthday cake, just bring in a picture (invitation, anything) and they can scan it into their computer. They made the most wonderful Fairytopia cake for my daughter's birthday that had such vivd colors. She loved it! The prices are great, the atmosphere very warm and cozy and the food is delicious. more
