I will not be returning to this dentist. The pricing is not accurate, they don't follow the preplan that you were given originally, and they are not very friendly when you point this out. \r

My child was fearful of needles and this was stated up front, we had to pay extra for laughing gas for her. I explained to the dentist of her fear the day of her appointment and not to let her see the needle. The dentist then brought the needle down right in front of my child's eyes which then made them feel even more uncomfortable and needless to say they didn't receive the filing that day. The dentist at the time suggested seeing a pediatric dentist. I confirmed then that I can't afford paying for another check up since my insurance will only pay for one check up every 6 months. I was assured that wasn't needed due to the check up just happening a few weeks ago. So we scheduled for an appointment to have the filing done by the pediatric dentist. \r

That same day they had me scheduled for a different proceedure than what was verified in a previous visit. Had to reschedule for later that day which meant we had to sit in their office for another two hours and when I explained to the personel that this was not what was scheduled for, I had to have a long discussion then explaining my preplan that was given to me. Even the dentist involved reviewed the file and agreed.\r

When I received the call a few days before my child's pediatric appointment I verified that it was for the filing and I was told then that it was for a check up. At that time I explained that is not what we were told that we were originally scheduling. After many phone calls we were told that this was the way it was done that the dentist could find other issues or could find a different outcome. I expressed my concern stating that if this dentist would find she didn't need a filing,then if we did go through with the filing originally, it would have made my child go through undo pain and anxiety. \r

Basically after many discussions of this issue, I cancelled all 4 of my family member's upcoming appointments, due to inconsistant information and our trust being faltered on if they were capable.\r

Since our cleaning we have had sensative teeth and other issues.\r

I will not recommend this office to anyone, not even my worst enemy, unless you want screwed up appointments and possibly have proceedures done that were not needed. The receptionists have no clue and the staff are rude.
