I've taken my cars to Fort Collins Muffler & Automotive for 20+ years. I appreciate having a learned assessment of my vehicle's condition even during routine service ... so issues can be addressed/managed early-on. They've alerted me to issues that ranged from minor to serious ... and provided information to help me understand my options. Their 3-year/36k-mile warranty is truly hassle-free. With the few warranty issues that I've encountered over the years, FCM&A has gone above and beyond to correct them quickly and with minimal inconvenience to me. Fact is, I've paid exactly $0 (labor & parts) for warranty-related issues. Their CarCare card program is a great deal. I saved 3x the cost of my latest card in just two visits ($90 card - $282 saved) ... and maybe half of the discount items on the card have been used. When service is needed, I drop-off my car early in the morning and ride the courtesy shuttle to work. They call to tell me what they found, discuss options, and give solid quotes (including any applicable discounts). I make the final decisions. They strive to meet the time goals I impose. Only once in my experience did I have to leave the car overnight (due to parts delay for an unexpected camshaft problem) -- and they provided a complimentary loaner vehicle. All other visits were concluded during a single work day. They've got a high level of technical expertise and they interact with their customers in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner. more

Having issues with my brakes and just wanted to make sure that the previous work done was not at fault. They were unable to replicate my problem, but verified and checked the previous work done without question or complaint. Additionally had a diagnosis done of my engine, to which they gave me the direction to start moving forward for repairs so that my truck could be properly running. Overall very helpful and professional with minimal cost endured. David was exceptional with ensuring the information and diagnosis was correctly addressed, Katy was pleasant and professional for providing the shuttle from the shop and back, Mike fully explained what was found and listened to my concerns and answered my questions with understandable language and no attempt to up sell or falsely try to incorporate other services from the company that were not needed like most other mechanic shops do. more
