Ruined my brand new $300 jeans. I paid $40 for hemming and waist alterations. They completely ruined them by making the waist AND hemming lengths uneven. I asked about their ""100% guarantee"" and they would not pay for the jeans, which was incredibly unreasonable. But furthermore, they wouldn't even refund my $40 for ruining my jeans! This place is way more expensive to start with. I recommend this to anyone who wants to pay absurd amounts of money to have their clothes ruined. Pros: Good at ruining jeans Cons: Service, price, etc. more

I get my pants tailored here all the time. It always comes out the way I want it to and the prices are reasonable, but not the best. FYI Banana Republic uses them to tailor all of their customer's request if that says anything about their business. Overall, I like this place. more
