Completely Ripped me Off 10/20/2018

By far the worst mechanic I ever had to deal with, I paid to have a 500whp car built with a motor that was built to handle way more. My original budget was 15,000 dollars. Initially rob said it would take 2-3 months to complete, it took 10 months after a lot of him lying to me when it would be finished, after I got the car back from him it made it 650 miles before it started having issues. Took it to a more reputable shop, they found boost leaks, vacuum leaks, and vacuum lines hooked up incorrectly. Then there was a persistent misfire issue which ended up being solved by hardwiring the injectors. The boost Controller he gave me was missing parts, so I had to buy a boost controller which was supposed to be included. Every oil line and coolant line had to be replaced because they were all cracked since rob reused the stock lines for some reason. I had to get the valve cover gasket replaced because that started leaking. The blow off valve was an eBay blow off valve that never worked so I had to buy a new blow off valve, the wastegate failed after 3000 miles because it was a fake tial wastegate, when I got the car tuned with equal length headers I got a new oil pan, when they took off the old one they discovered my oil Feed pick up tube was about to fall off because the bolts were backed out. They said it was 2 days from spinning a bearing, so that shows rob took no care to the motor. I actually paid him extra money to get an aftermarket oil pick up tube because the stock ones can have problems anyway but he ended up installing the stock one incorrectly anyway. Now the most recent problem is my 3rd gear broke, according to rob it has a built transmission that can handle more power then what I have but it broke after 5000 miles so now I have to sell the car because I ran out of money to spend on it, I ended up spending over $30,000 total after fixing all the issues rob caused, and still more is breaking To a point I have to sell the car, so take caution letting him work on your car he is a class A bullsh*tter. more
