I was impressed with the sincerity of Jim Rice, owner of Foot Depot USA in Encinitas. Jim went out of his way to speak with me about the shop and his trade. He also works with wounded veterans to help them regain some of what they lost. Jim is a true craftsman shoe cobbler at heart. more
