The big draw is the plentiful choices of beer but you get hooked on the fun people and good beer. the beer is good, the taps are clean and the place is good for everyone from 21 to 91. Pros: quality, value, selction more

Cheap and tasty 10/23/2003

We went after work on a Monday and everything on tap was $2.50. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. The waitress was competent and pleasant. more

You cant beat the Saucer. It has everything. From an awesome wait staff to the largest selection of beer anywhere. Whether you are looking to be seen or you just want to relax with a few friends and not worry about the crowds the saucer is the place. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday nights are the nights to be seen and Sunday and Tuesday are the nights to sit back with a few friends and enjoy the atmosphere. more

Excellent hangout spot 7/3/2002

This is the best bar in Raleigh... the beer selection is the best in town, the waitstaff is very friendly, and the crowd is always a great mix.
