Should have checked out this company's record. It has an unsatisfactory record( Did not answer ""refund or exchange issues"" complaints.) Did my flowers for my wedding. Horrible customer service (takes a long time to get back to you, claims to not receive emails, and she only works Wed-Sat-- hard to make appts. for other reasons, too). So not so surprising she didn't answer other clients' complaints. She spent a long time talking to me about the centerpiece and she drew a prototype on a piece of paper, but when it came time for the wedding, I walked in the room, and saw that the centerpieces were wrong. I ordered two types of flowers, and she neglected to include one, which I find surprising since there were only two to remember and we talked so much about it. Then when I told her that the hydrangeas were missing from the centerpieces she told me that they were there! (She herself was never at the reception site, but she told me her staff TOLD her that they put them in). I told her that was a ridiculous claim since I have probably over 1000 digital photos of the room and a video of the whole night, and there were no hydrangeas. She responded that she stands by her staff!! (she didn't even ask to see the pictures! Professional, right?) Why would I lie about it? She also told me to put it in perspective because the centerpieces were beautiful. If you ordered a plate from Macy's and the wrong one was delivered to your house, would they ever respond that way? No. They would return it. Only you can't return the flowers--what is done is done. Oh, and she never called me when I emailed her about the problem. She would only email me back, and she never really addressed what I asked. I think a good business person would actually pick up the phone and call a dissatisfied client to discuss the problem, but I guess it makes it easier to not be accountable for a mistake you made if you pretend it didn't happen or if you downplay it!
