Dissapointed, Not even close to what I ordered. 2/15/2007

I placed an order online for a arrangement for my mother for Valentines Day. It was supposed to be a red and pink rose arrangement with a red and pink bubble shaped vase. My mother received nothing like it. I understand that substitutions are sometimes neccessary; but on the website it states that flowers could be substituted for flowers of equal value. I don't know how red carnations can substitute pink roses. The vase was nothing like the picture of it and the hight of the arrangent was not even close. I was still charged the same price even though i didnt get the dozen roses. I have ordered from this company in the past and have had no problems but this was the first time I ordered online. Won't do that again. more
