Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences

I initially selected Florida Hospital College over other area schools because of the small class size and availability of the professors. I finished the nursing program in August 2010 and my initial thoughts on the school stayed true my throughout my entire education. more

I had a great experience going to FHCHS. It is a very challenging program but it prepared me for the NCLEX. The small class size helps improve communication between students and teachers. The location right on the campus of Florida Hospital is wonderful for building a network in the healthcare community which has been very valuable for establishing my career. All of my clinicals were in the Florida Hospital system, which was great in preparing me to work for Florida Hospital. I would highly recommend this college if you are ready to study hard and put in the work needed to succeed. I have observed that faculty working with students who are struggling and give them 2nd and 3rd chances to succeed. The tutoring center is very helpful also and I took advantage of this service whenever I could. more

THIS ""PRIVATE"" COLLEGE IS DECEITFUL IN REGISTERING POTENTIAL NURSING STUDENTS AS THEY FAIL TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE PROPER PROGRAM INFORMATION. I WAS PLAYED AS A GINNIE PIG IN ONE OF THE WORST SCAMS IN ANY EDUCATIONAL HISTORY!! Cons: ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE NURSING PROGRAMS AND PROFESSORS ARE NOT THERE TO HELP YOU!! more
