Going Downhill 12/16/2008

We used to use this company quite a bit. Now it seems to take forever to get anything done. The service is going downhill fast. We have given them one more chance, but will be taking our business elsewhere in the new year. Pros: Eventually it gets done even 2 months later then promised Cons: Service takes forever or never. more
