Floor Expo

I had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and Floor Expo did a fantastic job. The floor tile is perfect, and the granite countertop and backsplash are beautiful. I have been in construction for most of my life and this is the BEST TILE job I have ever seen. Ali even suggested some great colors. You should use them! Bob Wilson more

I urge you to please, please, please go to any other store than a Floor Expo chain. They will take your money and leave you waiting. I purchased granite countertops and a backsplash from them with the promise it would be installed within 3-4 weeks. 5 weeks later, I had to delay my move into my new house since they had still not installed the items. Calls to the sales person were ignored for days and no one would give me an install date. \r \r The sales person (Ron) was just plain crooked -- once they have your money, you may wait forever with no recourse -- the contract states no returns after 15 days of purchase. \r \r In addition, the backsplash installers were lazy and put many of the tiles up crooked. We had to force them to redo large sections of the work and even then it was far from perfect. \r \r End result is it's not worth the risk. There are many other companies out there that are BBB accredited. Please use someone, anyone else. Cons: Bad installers, horrible communication more

HORRIBLE! I urge anyone checking up on this company to not buy your tile, carpet, flooring or granite through this company. They have horrible customer service, they take forever to finish a job, they destroy property and even allow minors to work with the crews!
