This company did an above average job. there was a small issue with carpet lifting in the corner but I repaired it no problem. The company was willing to come out and fix it, now that's customer service. more

This company did a great job. I'm very satisfied with the flooring. They were prompt, thorough and completed the job when they said they would. I'm having them do another room in the next month or so. Floor Covering Factory Outlet is the company to go with. I would refer anybody who wants their flooring done. more

They did a great job from sales to install 6/4/2015

Floor Covering Factory installed carpet in one of my rentals, and they did a great job from sales to install. There was an issue with payment. I would still recommend them to anybody who needs their flooring done. more

I shopped around town for flooring and did not get return phone calls from any companies for my inquiries/quotes. Mike a salesman at Floor covering factory outlet promptly got back to me and was very engaging, thorough and the pricing was right. Not only that, I needed the flooring installed next day and they were able to do it and it turned out great and they didn't leave a mess...... more
