I have always purchased my steel from another place and luckily one day I happened to drive by and notice Flatiron. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. If they did not have exactly what I was looking for, they would do all that they could to help me find it somewhere else. I could not believe that they would go through all that trouble to have me take my business elsewhere. I will buy from them every opportunity I get in the future. more

    Standing Seam is a hidden fastener roofing system that leaves no exposed fasteners. The panels support a floating action,expanding and contracting independent of insulation. These panels have been given the highest rating by the Underwriters Laboratories,and pass the Dade county Florida wind UL rating of 110 mph. Panels can be manufactured in 1" or 1.5" rib heights.

    Core- Ten and Cold Roll Steel (Weathering Steel):

    • Both products are untreated steel that,once installed,produce an iron oxide matte finish.
    • Core-Ten is produced out of 22 gauge material and is composed of a small percentage of Copper Nickel,and chromium alloys. These are insoluble elements that slow down the rust-regeneration process and give the Core-Ten product a longer lifecycle.

    Standard and Custom Trim:
